How much do your services cost?

What is a mood board?
Our mood boards are visual representations of decor items. The purpose of the board is to show the decor elements and distribution of the colour palette. The board is a tool to elicit the desired look and feel (or mood) created for your space.
Which areas do you work in?
We primarily work in the Tri-Cities (Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam) and Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge) of BC for our in-person services. We also provide e-Decor Plans for anyone inside and outside of our service area.
How long does it take to receive the Decor Plan?
Our goal is to complete the plan and arrange our presentation within 7 - 10 business days of receiving all the project information from you. This timeframe can vary depending on the project. We do our best to balance a fast turn-around time with allowing careful consideration for each project.
How long does it take to finish a project?
This really depends on the size of the project. In general, we advise clients to expect items to take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. Some furniture items can take up to 10 weeks. Room setup by Admired Spaces usually takes 0.5 - 2 days. If installation trades are required that also adds to the project schedule. But don’t worry! We can help manage the schedule for larger projects so everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Where do you source items for the Decor Plans?
Our client’s budget largely guides how decisions are made and what items are sourced from where. For the most part, locally made items are, unfortunately, higher cost than items made overseas. We take a balanced approach to sourcing to ensure we’re meeting our client’s aesthetic and budget needs while holding our core values for sustainability and wellness. We strive to always include items from local businesses’ to support our community and local economy.
We source your decor items from a wide variety of vendors including yours and our favourite retailer’s, trusted wholesalers and trade exclusive vendors. Having access to trade exclusive products is a benefit to our Decor services as many items are not available to the general public. In these cases, Admired Spaces acts as the retailer and items are purchased through us at below retail prices, using a purchase agreement.
