We have a variety of services and packages to suit your needs for whatever design phase you are in: from strategy to execution to full service project management, we’ve got you covered. We will also provide resources for where to shop local and how to introduce non-toxic products and sustainable materials into your home, clean the air in your home and avoid the landfill for unused/unwanted items.

Where we provide the strategy behind your new look. We have five types of design services: four custom packages and in-home/virtual consultation. We also offer eDesign.
Execution Phase
The execution phase is where we put your design plan into action. This includes project management, setup and house staging. This is where the magic happens.

In-Home Consultation
An excellent service if you’re feeling stuck on making décor decisions related to renovation finishes, room layout, paint colours or how to refresh your space. This hands-on, in-home consult will answer all your décor dilemmas and give you the confidence to move forward with your project no matter how big or small. Simple layout changes are made during the consult and you will receive written recommendations and a Décor Booklet with helpful tips and local resources.
Decor Package 1: Conceptual Plan for DIY Item Sourcing
This package provides you with a conceptual decor scheme and colour palette to create a complete look and feel that’s tailored to your needs, style and space. Examples of recommended furniture and decor items are shown in a mood board for you to source the same or similar items to create the look yourself. The Décor Plan will be presented to you in a 30 – 45 minute zoom meeting where the intention behind the design and all the details will be discussed.
Services and deliverables included in this package are:
Provision of a detailed questionnaire and request for inspiration photos
In-home walk-through, with measurements and photos taken for use by Admired Spaces
Concept drawings - colour palette, mood board and floor plan
Next steps and list of local resources
Virtual presentation of the concept drawings, followed by a digital copy
1 minor plan revision for up to 2 items
Can be provided in eDesign for clients outside the Lower Mainland
Decor Plan Package 2: Practical Plan with a Shopping List
Are you looking for an exact list of furniture and décor items to create the look you want for your room? Then look no further! This package includes everything in package 1 plus each decor item is hand-picked, sourced and provided in a shopping list. All you need to do is review the list, click the links and make your purchases. Once all your items arrive, hire us to put your new room together with a decorator’s touch!

Decor Plan Package 3: Practical Plan for Minor Renovation Finishes
This package takes the stress of not knowing what finished work together in your home. We will provide you with a digital and physical mood board complete with the new colour palette and recommended finish materials.
Services and deliverables included in this package are:
Provision of a detailed questionnaire and request for inspiration photos
In-home walk-through for preliminary sample viewing; measurements and photos will be taken for design use by Admired Spaces
Concept drawings – colour palette, mood board with specific material finishes
Shopping list
In-person presentation of the concept drawings, and physical mood board, followed by a digital copy of the presentation
1 minor plan revision for up to 2 items
Decor Plan Package 4: Custom Décor Plan
See a service that sparks your interest, but isn’t a perfect fit? Let’s chat to create a custom plan to meet your needs.
Add On: Conceptual 3D Rendering of Décor Scheme
This is a very popular add-on and highly recommended to get the full experience and completely take the guess work out of visualizing the room makeover. A 3D rendering takes the mood board to the next level to show you how the space will look with the new décor scheme and colour palette. You will see several snapshot views of the room in the presentation and we will also do a virtual walkthrough of the space from different views (e.x. top view and doorway view as if you’re standing in the room). Available for all of our packages.

Our execution services include full service project management and setup, decorator on-call, decorator for a day and home sale consultations and staging.
Decorator for a Day
Who wants to spend days and weeks on end setting up their new space? Have us come in to quickly, efficiently and safely makeover your room. We will assemble and place furniture, mount wall décor/shelves and style the room with textiles and accessories to give you a polished and professional look. This is where the magic happens!
Decorator on Call
This service is a fantastic complement to any of our Design Phase services. We will provide guidance and recommendations on an as-needed basis while you execute your project. Purchase a package of hours (e.x. 2, 4, or 6 hours) and get professional guidance when you need it. If you’re looking for a decorator’s touch for styling, we can do all the leg work for you and curate a collection of accessories to perfectly suit your space.
Full-Service Project Management and Setup
If you’re looking to sit back and relax while your project comes together, this is the service for you! We will manage the project schedule, track your orders/purchases, finalize custom order details, communicate and schedule trades and setup the room with a decorator’s touch. This service most closely resembles the HGTV experience! But, it’s grounded in realistic timelines so we’re setup for success. All you need to do is make the purchases and provide us with the tracking information.
Home Sale Consultation and Staging
We provide two options for this service to make your home shine and showcase its best features to the widest audience. Hook those potential buyers the first time! Our consultation includes an in-person walk-through of your home and written and prioritized recommendations for presenting the home for sale. This includes a printed Décor Booklet with décor tips and local resources. We also provide full staging and bring in furniture and decor items to showcase your home’s best features.
